A button in the corner of every page, so somebody can ask before they order. Leave one empty and it is not offered; leave both empty and no button appears at all.

Pre-orders

A second button on the cart: the customer waits longer and pays less. They must tick to confirm the wait before it goes through. Off, or with no saving set, the button never appears.
